Photo Restoration and Enhancements  - Ordering Information

Digital Photos 
- If you have a digital photo that you want retouched or enhanced, simply e-mail the photo as an attachment to images@myphotosolutions.com.


Scanning a Photo

- If you have a photograph that needs to be scanned, simply scan the photo at 300 Dpi (Dots Per Inch) for 5x7 or larger photos and 600 Dpi for photos 4x6 or less. Make sure you scan in RGB color. This will ensure the highest quality for us to work with.

- If you do not have a scanner, take the photo to your local copy center, such as FedEx Kinkos, and they will scan it for you. Have the photo saved to a disk, CD, or any type of media storage device. (Recommended for best quality)

- Then copy the photo from your storage device onto your computer hard drive.

- E-mail us the saved photo as an attachment to images@myphotosolutions.com

  



E-mail Instructions

   -When you send the e-mail with the attached photo, please give us a detailed explanation of what type of work you would like completed on your photo. 

   - I will then e-mail you an invoice with an estimate.

   - Once the work is completed, I will e-mail a watermarked image for you to preview. If you are satisfied, you can then make payment and I will send you the completed photo. 
  
    

   *If you are not fully satisfied with the work, you will not be required to make any type of payment. We will continue to work on the photo until you are completely satisfied.
